Do you want better construction projects?

How to deliver more successful projects every time.

What can owners and project leaders do to make projects less of a fight and more of a win? Construction projects consist of fighting between designers, owners and builders in an attempt to finish the project and make a profit. Claims, change orders, and arguments are a daily occurance. What if you could align the interests of designers, builders, and the owner while increasing collaboration and reducing conflict? Integrated Project Delivery is a modern design and construction delivery model, ideal of complex projects, that produces reliable results for all parties.

Why did we create this course?

A Partnership to Promote Success with Integrated Project Delivery.

Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) is the only model that transparently links design and construction partners with the owner in a shared risk/reward plan. This means that when the project goes well, everyone makes more money. The entire team is affected regardless of fault when the project doesn't go well. In practice, IPD pulls the team closer together when things go wrong (which they always do), instead of pushing them apart. With the open-book nature of the contract, changes can be implemented quickly and fairly, with the owner paying for the costs of changes and no one overcharging or working for free. After the success of IPD - An Action Guide for Leaders, LeanIPD has joined forces with IPDA (Integrated Project Delivery Alliance) to put together an online course for integrated project delivery.
